Rates winter season

General conditions

The prices are indicated per person, per day. The prices may vary for last-minute requests and for short stays of 1-3 nights. In certain periods a minimum stay or a fixed-duration stay may be required.

All prices include: VAT, outdoor private parking, ski/bike storage with a ski boot dryer, bed linen and towels, WI-FI connection, use of wellness area and fitness centre, private shuttle to/from the ski slopes in winter, rich buffet breakfast for B&B guests, daily cleaning of B&B rooms, final cleaning of apartments.

The guests of the apartments can enjoy, upon request and with an extra fee, a buffet breakfast or order fresh bread delivery in the morning.

To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 1.90 per person (over 14 years old) per day.

Apartments and rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. We kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance, if the check-in is planned after 7 p.m.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, in the apartments and in the public areas.

Discounts for childen (sleeping in a baby cot or in an extra bed):
  • up to 1 year old: free of charge;
  • 1 year old (until 2nd birthday): €10 per day;
  • 2-4 years old (until 5th birthday): € 20 per day;
  • 5-6 years old (until 7th birthday): -40%;
  • 7-9 years old (until 10th birthday): -20%;
  • Over 10 years old: -10%.
A booking is considered binding only after the payment of the requested deposit. In case of cancellation, the deposit is not subject to refund. The deposit payment can be done in one of the following ways:

To settle the final bill you can use cash (up to 2999 euro), bank transfer, bank cheque, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and bancomat (debit cards).

Unforeseen circumstances may always arise. We kindly ask you to inform us in writing (by e-mail) about your cancellation request, that will be subject to the following cancellation policy:
  • Up to 2 months before arrival: refund of the booking deposit if we manage to rent the apartment to other clients;
  • from 2 months to 2 weeks before arrival: loss of the booking deposit;
  • from 13 to 8 days before arrival: 40% of the total price will be charged;
  • from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 70% of the total price will be charged;
  • less than 1 day before arrival or no show: 100% of the total price will be charged.
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
